Our "No Stress, Just Good Vibes" Policy

Hey there! We want you to absolutely love your new Sound to Summit gear. Since each piece is custom-made just for you (that's the magic of print-on-demand), here's the lowdown on returns.

Uh oh, something's not quite vibin'?

If your order arrives and it's giving you major ick because:

  • It's busted or looks totally off: Think misprints, tears, it showed up looking like it went through a mosh pit – you get the idea.
  • We sent you the wrong thing: Wrong size, color that's not your aesthetic, or a design that's just not it.

Then hit us up within 14 days of when it landed on your doorstep. Send us an email to admin@pugetsoundmedia.com with your order number and a quick rundown of the sitch. Pics or vids of the issue help us sort things out faster! We're all about finding a solution that makes you happy – a fresh replacement or a refund back to your account.

Heads up though:

Since everything is made-to-order, we can't really do returns if:

  • You're just not feeling it anymore: We get it, moods change! But because it's made just for you, we can't take it back if you've just had a change of heart.
  • You misclicked on the size or color: Our bad if the size chart threw you off, but ultimately, choosing the right fit and shade is on you. So, peep those details before you smash that "order" button! (We try to make our visuals on point, but screens can be a little sus sometimes.)
  • It's seen better days: If you've already rocked it out and it's showing wear and tear, it's a no-go for returns.

What's the next level after you reach out?

Once you drop us a line about a problem, we'll get back to you ASAP with the plan. If we messed up (our bad!), we'll usually cover the return shipping. If it's a legit defect or the wrong item, we'll hustle to get you a replacement or your money back.

The refund deets:

If a refund is the move, we'll send it back to your original payment method. Give it a few business days to reappear in your account – banks can be a little slow on the uptake.
